Discover the journey from orchard to glass with Ned Lawton, founder of Ethic Ciders in Sonoma.

Guests will learn about growing cider fruit, the art of fermentation, and blending for flavor while tasting a selection of Ethic Ciders. Ned will also share the story behind Ethic’s organic and ecological orcharding practices and its approach to crafting ciders, brandies, and non-alcoholic tonics.

Light food pairings from Driver’s kitchen will be served throughout the evening.
