DESCRIPTION:In advance of the Global Climate Action Summit taking place in San Francisco September 12-14\, 2018\, Christ Church and the Wrigley Global Institute of Sustainability at Arizona State University are pleased to offer an evening in conversation with women from around the world who are leading the response to global climate change. Moderated by Jane Sloane\, Director of the Women's Empowerment Program for The Asia Foundation\, we will welcome climate change action leaders from India\, Bangladesh\, the South Pacific\, and Mongolia along with Amanda Ellis from the Wrigley Global Institute of Sustainability at Arizona State University\, Bishop Marc Andrus of the Episcopal Diocese of California\, and representatives from Episcopal Relief and Development in New York. This event is free to the public and finger food and drinks will be served.
