DESCRIPTION:The SCA is pleased to collaborate with the very talented local musicians of the Mill Valley Philharmonic (MVP)\, a 50 member group of volunteer musicians\, under the baton of Artistic Director\, Dana Sadava.  MVP has a 24-year history of bringing classical and standard orchestral repertoire and has performed over 200 concerts in Marin County and beyond.\n\nOn this day\, we are presenting a string duo\, "The Forget Me Knots" featuring MVP concert master\, Charmian Stewart\, with traditional Celtic\, Scandinavian\, and American tunes played on violin and cello.\n\nThe program will also present a string quartet featuring MVP musicians and friends performing a medley of pops arrangements from the Beatles and more. All the music will be light and fun - perfect for a summer day!\n\nMore information here
